Exercise For Butt And Abs

The abs and the butt, are probably a woman’s most
talked about trouble areas. It makes sense that
you would be looking for exercises for butt and abs.
It’s time to really get the perfect butt and abs.

So what kind of exercises can one do to target
those areas. One area is in the front and the area
is in your rear, so what ever exercise you do
should be working those areas. Ofcourse you could
do to choose your butt first and then your abs.

So here’s a great exercise for butt and abs:

1. Lay flat on your back on the floor.

2. Bend your legs at the knees and point them
inwards so that both legs are touching at some
point in the feet. You can use either make the toes
touch or you can touch the toes of one to the bottom
of the foot of the other.

3. Cross both hands behind your head using the
fingers and use them to support your head so you
do not hurt your back.

4. Now simply rock your body using your butt as
the pivot point. Rock it forwards then backwards.
Repeat this rocking motion for 10 repetitions.

If you are doing this right, you should feel the
a little discomfort in your butt area and your abs.
You can do a set of 3 X 10 repetions with a short
1 to 3 minute break in between each repetiotion.

So there you have it a simple exercise for butt and abs
you can adopt and start using to work those trouble
areas. Remember you gotta work to look sexy! LOL

Crunch To Get Flat Abs Fast

Alright, so you need a crunch to get flat abs fast.
The real question is how hard do you want to work
those abs. If you want fast results, you are going
to have to work your abs harder and more often.

First, we are going to start out slow so that you
do not strain or hurt your ab muscles, and once
they are used to the workout, you can increase
the instensity gradually.

Here’s your fast abs crunch exercise:

1. Lie flat on the floor with your arms bent at the
elbows pointing away from your body and both hands
holding the back of your head from the front.

2. Bend your legs at the knees and bring them up
off the ground, with your lower lepgs parallel
to the ground. Kind of like you are crawling upside
down, then cross your legs to keep them together in
that upside down parallel to the ground position.

3. Pull your head up towards your knees until your
bent elbows touch your knees, and then drop down
again. Repeat this motion for 10 reps, initially.

You should do 3 sets of 10 reps for this crunch
increasing the number of reps as you get comfortable
with each level.

There you have it a simple crunch to get flat abs
fast
that you can start using today. What are you

Best Crunch Abs Exercise

What determines the best crunch abs exercise, is it
the easiest crunch exercise you can do without
sweating too much but still gives you good results.

Or is it the crunch that sweats you out like there
is no tommorrow at the same time leaving your abs
feeling heavy like you have a heavy weight attached
to them.

I would like to think that the best crunch abs exercise
is the one where after you have done it, you feel your
abs sore regardless of whether you sweat or not. Sweating
is always good though, lets not forget that.

Here’s a crunch exercise you can do:

1. Lay flat on your back with both arms bent at the
elbows and behind your head.

2. Bend your legs at the knees, and bring them up
towards the you. Leave the feet resting comfortably
on the floor.

3. Now using your hands to support your head, and therefore
preventing back injury lift your head up towards your
knees as far as you possibly can then drop back but do
not rest on the ground

Repeat this crunch exercise 10 times, all the time keep
your chin up and your eyes on one fixed point in the
ceiling.

You should feel this exercise really work on your abs
as you go up and down your abs, should tighten and then
relax.

Do not overdoe the exercise in order to speed up your
abs development. Take it slowly and gradually build those
abs. Remember Rome was not built in one day.

You can repeat 3 sets of this abs exercise per workout,
that is the crunch I think is the best crunch abs exercise.

Crunch To Get 6 Pack Abs

So you are looking for the perfect crunch to get 6 pack abs?
Well you have come to the right place. I have been personally
using a very simple crunch to work on my six pack for the
last couple of months. I am already starting to see the
results.

Let’s get started, shall we?

1. Lay flat on your back with your hands on either side
of your body and your legs streched out straight on the
floor in front of you.

2. Bend the legs at the knees and bring them in towards
your stomach. At the same time, put your arms on either
side of your head and raise it towars your legs that are
coming.

3. Bring the legs and head in as far as you can then
kick out the legs and return your head towards the ground
but do not let it touch the floor.

Everytime you “crunch” you should feel your abs working,
if you do not feel it then you are not cruching tight enough.

Repeat this crunch to get 6 pack abs 10 times per set, then
either move on to a different exercise or repeat the same
exercise for a maximum of 3 sets per workout.

Female Ripped Abs

Wow! When I think of female ripped abs, the first person
that comes to mind is Janet Jackson, Ms Jackson if you
ask her. For the longest she has had the abs that every
woman wants, and she is not afraid to show them.

Until last year ofcourse, when she decided to eat her
abs away, they never really came back the way they used
to be back in the days. Apparentlty she is back in the
studio and recording a new CD and eating away her second
grade female abs, this time she is blaming it on her
producer who apparently has a chef in the studio who spoils
her silly.

Other woman, I can think of when it comes to female ripped abs
will probably be the athelets, especially the female body
builders. Now there you have some really really ripped abs, but
which normal everyday woman wants to have abs like that. They
will scare any normal looking male, but then again the muscles
on her body will scare any known male, she can probably only
date another body builder.

Other stars, I would say have female ripped abs are maybe Jessica
Alba, Jessica Beil and Halle Berry probably. Ask the stars its
a lot of hard work to do get those abs. The best thing to do

Abs Diet Smoothie Recipe

Here’s one of the best known abs diet smoothie recipe,
that you can drink all year round.

Commonly known as the “Punk’d Pie”

The ingredients below will serve 2 people.

Your Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin

- 2 teaspoons vanilla whey protein powder

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans

- 2 Tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt

- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed

- 3/4 cup instant oatmeal nuked in water

- 3 ice cubes

Put everything into your blender, and let the blender run
wild for 30 secs or until the mixture is nice smoothie.

Pour into a tall glass and enjoy your abs diet smoothie.

Lower Abs Crunch Exercise

Also sometimes known as the spare tire, the lower abs
are undoubtably the most targeted of the abs group of
muscles. Most people have the problem of the little pooch
that develops right around where the lower abs should be.

So let me share with you a lower abs crunch exercise
you can adopt to work those lower abs and get them tight.

1. Lie flat on your back with your legs out stretched
and extended flat on the ground.

2. Hold the back of your head with your both your left
and right hands. Then raise your head a little of the
ground using your hands to support it and keep it steady.

3. Now bend your legs at the knees and bring them in
towards your stomach as far as you can. Then kick them
out again to the straight extended position in step 1.

4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 to complete one set. You can do
up to 3 sets of this lower abs crunch exercise each time.

Crunch Tips for Tighter lower Abs

Feel free to apply these tips to your lower abs workout.

* You should always treat your abs like your other muscles.
Give them time rest and grow. Try not to work your abs more
than 3 times a week.

* Also experiment with different head positions in order to
increase the tension of your lower abs crunch exercise.
