Exercise For Butt And Abs

talked about trouble areas. It makes sense that
you would be looking for exercises for butt and abs.
It’s time to really get the perfect butt and abs.
So what kind of exercises can one do to target
those areas. One area is in the front and the area
is in your rear, so what ever exercise you do
should be working those areas. Ofcourse you could
do to choose your butt first and then your abs.
So here’s a great exercise for butt and abs:
1. Lay flat on your back on the floor.
2. Bend your legs at the knees and point them
inwards so that both legs are touching at some
point in the feet. You can use either make the toes
touch or you can touch the toes of one to the bottom
of the foot of the other.
3. Cross both hands behind your head using the
fingers and use them to support your head so you
do not hurt your back.
4. Now simply rock your body using your butt as
the pivot point. Rock it forwards then backwards.
Repeat this rocking motion for 10 repetitions.
If you are doing this right, you should feel the
a little discomfort in your butt area and your abs.
You can do a set of 3 X 10 repetions with a short
1 to 3 minute break in between each repetiotion.
So there you have it a simple exercise for butt and abs
you can adopt and start using to work those trouble
areas. Remember you gotta work to look sexy! LOL
