Six Pack Abs Exercises

When going to the beach or swimming pool which body part do you really think most catches the eye? According to research the most watched body part happens to be the abs. There are many exercises that you can do to help you achieve those six pack abs. First you need to remember that everybody naturally has abs, however some peoples abs are just covered by more fat then others.

The first thing that is great to use is called the ab machine. The abdominal machine is found in many gyms and makes you do a crunching motion by directing you in the proper position. You can increase and decrease the resistance as you wish. When doing exercises make sure to move in a slow motion and flex your abs while doing the exercise. If you have more resistance then you will see more of a difference when attempting to define your abs.

You can use any item such as a book, a dumbbell or anything else that you may choose. You should put the weighted object in the position of either being over your head and hold it in place with your hands. You should perform these exercises the exact same way that you would if you were not using any type of weights.

Another great ab exercise to do would be hanging leg lifts. You simply use a pull up bar and allow your legs to hang down however also making sure that they are relaxed so that your knees do not bend and your toes are pointed.  

Yet another simple exercise to do would be to lay flat on your back on a mat with bending your knees and your feet positioned flat on the floor. Put your hands by your ears however making sure they are not actually touching the head and crunch your midsection up and across, trying to touch your right elbow to your left knee. Make sure that you concentrate on flexing your stomach and then slowly go back to the starting position and repeat. These are just some of the various exercises you can do to achieve those six pack abs.

Abs Lounge Exercises

Many people who have bad backs believe that the Ab Lounge is a good investment because it is an easier way for them to do their abs exercises. If your intent is to buy it because you believe that it is more effective to use and do exercises as appose to other abs exercises. Maybe you believe that it will help you lower and eventually get rid of the fat that is on your stomach and that it will help you lose weight then, you maybe sadly mistaken.

You may also waste your money because unfortunately, it does not help do any of these things. Simple abs crunches would be much better. Why? Because exercise machines do some of the work for you they keep your body stable. When you do not do exercises on a machine you are required to use muscles that will help stabilize your body the more muscles that your body uses the better results you will see.

 It is scientifically proven that you ca not just target the fat in a certain area. Exercises actually work muscles, so if you have and maintain a proper diet, then that will get rid of the body fat. The name of the Ab Lounge is absolutely correct; you get to lounge on it. If you would just like a machine that will help you with abs exercises even though they are less efficient it is better doing plain old crunches than spend your money on an a machine. If you have a bad back and believe that purchasing the abs lounge will help you do ab exercises then by all means purchase the abs lounge, if your looking for extra furniture that you can lounge in around your living room then by all means invest in the abs lounge.

 However if you would like to either save your money and put it to better use then I suggest you keeping doing crunches have a proper workout routine and find a proper diet for yourself.

Fitness Toning And Abs Workout

Millions of people all around the world attempt to do daily exercises to get them those toned abs that they have been dreaming of however a lot of times although they are doing the exercises their technique is hindering their fitness toning and abs workout results.

Many people have the misconception that during the day they can eat whatever they want and then at night time they can simply do their crunches to work off all those fat foods they put into their bodies however this is simply incorrect. The truth is if you put too much junk food into your body, it doesn’t matter how many crunches you do your results will be minimal if any.

Not only that however you may get reverse results which means your stomach might actually get bigger. You may wonder how this is possible but it is. The reason being I because muscle is being built on top of the already existing fat. Well all have fat on our stomach however we must work it off by toning our abs and stomach. Your number 1 goal should be to lose your fat and you do that by having a good diet and actually following it lower amount of fats and calories and higher amount of protein will help you get the best results.

Protein is something that you very much need for your fitness toning and abs workout. Many people don’t know or believe the fact that quality is better than quantity but it is. So 50 good quality crunches are a lot better than 250 half done crunches that were just rushed. The final thing that people need to realize is that you cannot just concentrate on one area. If you only concentrate on one area your body will not build up enough metabolism to burn off excess fat. If you listen to this advice you will be soon finding yourself with a much more desirable body.
