Alright, so you need a crunch to get flat abs fast.
The real question is how hard do you want to work
those abs. If you want fast results, you are going
to have to work your abs harder and more often.

First, we are going to start out slow so that you
do not strain or hurt your ab muscles, and once
they are used to the workout, you can increase
the instensity gradually.

Here’s your fast abs crunch exercise:

1. Lie flat on the floor with your arms bent at the
elbows pointing away from your body and both hands
holding the back of your head from the front.

2. Bend your legs at the knees and bring them up
off the ground, with your lower lepgs parallel
to the ground. Kind of like you are crawling upside
down, then cross your legs to keep them together in
that upside down parallel to the ground position.

3. Pull your head up towards your knees until your
bent elbows touch your knees, and then drop down
again. Repeat this motion for 10 reps, initially.

You should do 3 sets of 10 reps for this crunch
increasing the number of reps as you get comfortable
with each level.
